I retained Mr. Childs after I was served divorce papers. I was a little nervous with the judicial process. I didn't want to take a major loss on my personal life nor my business. Ms. Childs explained to me how things could go and could not go. More importantly, how the law works. Ms. Childs got me though this. The approach taken was let's do this with the least amount of impact to your finances. Meaning let's not drag this out over a small issue, it will cost you more than it's worth. She handled the mediation well and with confidence. When the final decree was drafted by the plaintiffs attorney. There was things that was added and somethings that was missing. She made sure that the final decree, mirrored the mediation agreement that was signed by both parties involved. We had to play phone tag due to my busy schedule and her busy schedule due to her being in court or in an mediation. Overall she was committed and we made it work. I received the out come that I wanted from the divorce and I'm very pleased. Ms. Childs will be my go to attorney on other needs
