Terrible man, dangerous lawyer. If you have already hired this man try and find a competent lawyer and cut your losses. Otherwise: Don't pay this man until your case is closed. My painful experience and careful observation of Pham is as follows... *Not a confident lawyer - hesitates to take matters to trial. *Has no 'juice with his peers. No favors, no breaks. *Disorganized, unaware of clients' court dates. *Deceptive man, uses misinformation, scare tactics and withholds information to manipulate clients into accepting disastrous outcomes. *Misses deadlines, chances to argue, introduce or remove evidence. All of these points are from experience. I was well manipulated til the end - the punchline: guilty. Being innocent I hired a true lawyer and turned things around. On my first meeting with my genuine lawyer and upon explaining Pham's performance, he said... 'same result had you been guilty and without council.' If you are innocent, or if you want the best outcomes, don't waste money on Pham. "...he is akin to a butcher posing as a heart surgeon."

This is an excellent law firm where the staff goes above and beyond to be of service even to a tough customer like me. I would definitely recommend them to others. They are efficient professional and considerate of their clients.

I applied for Social Security for my daughter through Garner and Arnic. I can't get them to return my call. I call 4 times and leave a message. They tell me they are training new people for the front desk. I applied Nov. 2016. I called the end of Jan. 2017 to check on the status of her application and they had not submitted it yet. They said it was a mistake. It was submitted Jan 28, 2017. I do not hear anything unless I call to ask on the status, then they call Social Security to check on the status. They told me the process would take 6-9months. It has been almost a year. If things improve, I will re-post.

They take the time to ensure that you fully understand the procedure and process that will be taking place. They keep you updated on your claim status. Cheap lawyer. Little to no communication. Attitude changed after final payment. Instilled no confidence in having justice, rather plea bargains regardless of innocence. Dropped the ball on 3 occasions and handed me a guilty verdict and jail time. On par with public defender. Huge mistake to allow this man to represent me in a straight forward case, which with even little skill and moderate effort should have had dismissed. Be careful.
