A full five stars and more if I could. In 2019 after trying to manage the maze of paperwork the VA has I found CCK. Right away, they took command and relieved me of quite= a lot of stress. I flew out of Thailand during Viet Nam and the VA was not giving us the benefits that others were receiving. CCK and their associates took over my case and fought for me until the Pact act was signed into law. They then resubmitted all of my claims and I now have =e the 100% that I deserve because of agent orange. Every time I called them someone on my team would take the time to answer all of my questions. I retained them from 2019 thru Feb 2024. I can not tell you how happy I am with CCK and recommend ANY vet who is having problems to get in touch with them. Oh, I forgot to say, all of this (the untold hours they put in) all of the paperwork, EVERYTHING was done for a flat 20% fee based on my back pay from the VA. One time no hidden fees, no slight of hand. Fellow vets, these are the real deal. Try them and you can not go wrong.

I would provide CCK an unlimited amount of stars (beyond five) for the outstanding work they provided me for over five years. They reviewed my first decision and contacted me (I did not contact them) and advised me that they reviewed my case and CCK believed that they could assist me in the appeal process and get me a favorable decision. Their hard work afforded me a favorable finding going back several years with a substantial back pay award. i am now a totally and permanently disabled veteran because of their knowledge, skill, expertise, and ability to wade through the VA system I would never have received the award that they won for me alone. After fighting with the VA for 7 years, I contacted CCK to see if they could help. After reviewing my C-file and other information concerning my appeal at the BVA, CCK determined they could help and decided to take up my appeal case which was at the BVA. While working on my claim, CCK kept me informed of all and any updates concerning my appeal. They submitted documents and arguments to the BVA and kept me updated on all the evidence that they were submitting on my behalf. After several months, I received a full grant of my appeal from the original submitted claim date! Chisholm and Chisholm and Kilpatrick law firm is the best,they have done a terrific terrific job for me. I spent eight years in the US Marine Corps 2 1/2 years in Vietnam. I had a tough time with the VA.
