Getting a divorce is an incredibly stressful and emotional experience, and having Matt represent me was a good decision. He is honest and does everything he can to explain the process and to save his client money. He is a great lawyer and I highly recommend him!

Matt helped me about 6 years ago with my custody hearing. Before him I had a lawyer that screwed me over to where i couldn't see my children. I went to matt and he did the best he could to help. We spent 5 years fighting for my kids. At the end of the day my ex wife would not comply with the judge's orders. And the judge refused to hold my ex wife accountable for anything. Even though at the end of the day my kids believe i abandoned them because of the inactions of the judge matt tyson hung in there with me for years.

Matthew Tyson is such a good lawyer and I would not only use him again but I would recommend him to anyone looking for a family lawyer. I was undergoing a name change with another lawyer who didn’t know what he was doing at all. I’m an attempt to turn things around I came to Matt who with confidence told me he could help me. He and his assistant Cody were always available to answer any of my questions. It was like night and day coming from the crummy lawyer that I was previously using. Everything was done when it was said it was going to be done. When we went to court everything was smooth as could be. We were in and out. It was amazing! Also he offered us refundable retainer so when all was said and done we got a good chunk of money back. Thank you both Cody and Matt for all your hard work. I truly hope nothing but the best for the both of you.

Best lawyer I could ever ask for! He was always straight forward with me and actually listened to everything I had to say. Matt Tyson was very professional, knowledgeable and he and Josh put my mind at ease. My now X wife took our daughter and went out of state. She unjustly denied me the right to see my girl. Matt went to work like Iron Mike Tyson. He worked with me on the retainer. End result, I now have PRIMARY custody of my girl. And he refunded the left over retainer. I highly recommended him!!!

Matt had a case of mine dismissed and at the beginning i had no hope of getting out of it without some type of punishment. Matt kept telling me it was going to be okay. I would definitely recommend him to everyone who is fighting and family or criminal cases. He's the best!

I truly appreciate the professionalism and caring that Mr. Tyson displayed. He listened to my problem and was genuinely concerned and offered a true solution. What was even more impressive was that our initial conversation took place on a Sunday and was longer then just 5 mins. He has never made me feel rush or like I was invading his time.
