They helped my husband get out of a DWI charge in Houston about a year ago. Tad is a straight shooter who didn’t sugar coat anything when discussing the potential, but felt we would have a good shot at a positive outcome. The prosecutor was being difficult, so Tad took the case to trial and then after all that time the case was dismissed before trial. To this day I don’t what Tad told them, but they dismissed the case. Looking back, I think hiring Tad was one of the best decisions we made.

Tad did an outstanding job on my wife’s case! If you’re ever accused of DUI and you know you were not driving drunk don’t talk about your case, don’t mouth off to the cops and make sure you call Tad as soon as possible. It’s impossible to accurately express our gratitude from bringing this boil of a matter to an end, but the defense team at this law firm is good and knows their stuff. I hired Tad Nelson to help with my DWI case in Montgomery County a couple of years ago. That was the first (and hopefully the last) time I ever hired a lawyer for a criminal case so I was afraid and skeptical. Tad and Amber appealed to my comfort levels and got my case dismissed and helped me keep my drivers license. It took a while, courts move slow, but they got it done.
