After a grueling, expensive experience with a lawyer on the same issue. I am so happy to come across Adam and his team. He gave full attention to details, patient , transparent and kept me up to date on the process. i would highly recommend him and his law firm to my closest friends and family.

Adam is an amazing lawyer! He makes time and will actually fight for you. He cares about what you are going through and will be there for you every step of the way. Adam is a very nice person but if you are needing a tough lawyer in the courtroom he is your guy. He's been an absolute warrior regarding my case!!

We hired Attorney Adam Helleck to represent us by representing the truth; what was best for our son. He came in after two previous attorney’s just couldn’t get the job done. Before Adam’s representation, between the other two attorney’s we spent almost a decade in court. I will admit, our case was no simple ordinary custody case. It went to trial several times with the judgement for custody being swayed back and forth every time. We felt defeated and couldn’t understand why the truth was taking so long to have light shed on it. It physically took a toll on our family, health wise, financially & in every aspect but we remained faithful. I won’t lie, it was the hardest thing we’ve ever had to do knowing our child was enduring the unimaginable. Adam Helleck and Meghan are exceptional at what they do. They both are very eager to get you what you want no matter what the case maybe. We hired Adam for a termination and adoption case. He was awesome even with everything being delayed because of Harvey we still got this done in the amount of time we expected. Adam and his paralegal took on our very complex custody case for my husband's son. After being instructed by CPS to do so, I was frantically in search of an attorney to help me get an emergency modification done to my custody order. My situation involved a sexual assault incident with my daughter, her father, and his girl friend at the time. Other attorneys I spoke to were less than encouraging that I would be granted the supervised visitation I was seeking due to a lack of physical evidence, and not yet having a ruling from the CPS investigation. During my last attempts to find representation, I came across Helleck Law. I left a message with Adam, who returned my call shortly after, despite being in the midst of a personal matter. Upon speaking to him, I had hope (For the first time) and was so appreciative of his willingness to help me and more importantly my daughter. His fees were reasonable and he was flexible with payment arrangements, which was very helpful with mine and my husband's growing family. Following the emergency TRO, I was granted supervised visits in our temporary orders and sole conservatorship in our finally custody orders ten months later.
