Mr. Benny Agosto represented me not to long ago and he is by far an amazing attorney. He made sure that I was kept up to date with everything and his assistant Sherri was by far the best. She always answered any question I may of had and was persistent with returning my calls.

They were hired for an accident case on my behalf. They worked extremely hard and went above and beyond anything I ever expected. I know these types of things take time but it was well worth the wait. Erin Andrus was always so kind and helpful any time I had a question or concern. They were truly concerned with me and my injuries and made sure to leave no leaf unturned. They walked me through everything so I did not feel lost or confused or like just another client. When I was in an accident in April 2015, my world turned upside down. My car was totaled, I was pregnant, and needed surgery to repair my fractured arm and nose. Even though it is downtown Houston. The Google's Map took me right to the front door. There is parking across the street if available. I think it is short-term parking. There is the Old Spaghetti Warehouse right next door. The office is clean and the people are very friendly inside. They're very helpful and it was my first time there and I will be back again. My daughter and I hired Brant Stogner for a wrongful death pertaining to my husband in November, 2014. My husband was killed when an unlit disabled tractor-trailer pulling a ship container on the trailer, all pulled by a wrecker, was left in the middle of the road with inadequate lighting. Not knowing any attorneys in the area of Texas, we were told to talk to Brant Stogner who was very helpful and completely honest in what we could expect and what would happen as we pursued this claim. Brant and his staff were very understanding whlle sharing with us the realistic approach and what would happen. He was precise and definite about the case and the outcome. Hiring an attorney (especially one out of state from our residence area) was concerning; but Brant Stogner handled the case in a very competent way--till completion. What we all want in our attorney.
