My experience with Walters Gilbreath has been nothing but exceptional. A little over 3 years ago, I started my search for a new law firm to assist me in a child custody modification. I based my decision off of the reviews that I read. I wanted someone who was ethical and had morals. Not your typical attorney. Well, I found that with this law firm. Brian has always made time to listen to my concerns and on many occasions, help calm me down. Their entire office has been very nice and responsive. Recently, I’ve had the pleasure of working with LaKisha Ledbetter-Anderson and Raya Jackson. These two ladies are wonderful! They are organized and efficient. Compassionate, warm and genuine, something I have found many lawyers lack. I honestly do not think I could’ve made it through my last hearing without them by my side. I wish that I had them when I was going through my divorce back in 2007. I know I would not have had to deal with the issues that I’ve been dealing with. I learned about Brian Walters and his law firm by word of mouth from a friend who had previously used the services of Brian's legal team for his own divorce case. As I walked out Brian's office following my initial one-hour consultation, I was convinced that Brian and his team consisting of Raya Jackson and Sheree Roberts had family-oriented values and would do everything in their capacity to prevent my family from breaking apart. Brian patiently listened to my case history and specifically asked what I desired most as an outcome to the filing of my wife's divorce petition. I did not want the divorce. Since then, the team has taken prompt steps and provided advice that might help to save my marriage. Raya is great at providing communication updates and getting things done. With her prompt actions, Raya nullified the potential damage that my case would have encountered because of lack of action from my unresponsive, previous lawyer. Sheree sensed my anxiety and helped me stay calm not only during my first visit but continues to do so during every phone call or visit I have to make to the team's office. Sheree understands my emotional pain and with her kind words, encouraging attitude and her prayers for restoration of my marriage, offers me hope. Thanks to the efforts of Brian and Raya during mediation, I am able to visit our daughter at a frequency that had not been possible earlier without their help. Although Brian's team primarily works on family law cases, they also extended help to me by offering referrals for criminal defense and immigration lawyers that I may need for my case. I find the work that has been done by Brian's team until now commendable and express gratitude for their help with my case!

This was my first divorce and after this journey the only divorce I’ll ever go through. At the beginning I had gone to very many free consultations with other attorneys That ended up with me crying in the car afterward in fear and worry and just extreme frustration of no questions answered and the idea of how it was gonna ruin me financially. After giving up on my search I later was referred to this law firm by someone I sold my wedding ring to. I’ll Call this moment in time fate as I look back on it now. I gave the free consultation with Brian one last try before giving up and crawling under a rock. I hired Mr Brian and he s outstanding ! He took care of my case and managed very well ! He was able to get what I requested in the decree and got most importantly time with my kids . Divorce is not easy on both sides but most important I was able to get almost 40 % time with kids. Not to mention as a busy doctor , he managed and helped me during my busy schedule . He’s the best !
