I can’t recommend Mr. Morgan and his team enough. He made this process smooth and stress free from beginning to end. He keeps his clients updated throughout the case. Even the smallest details. He was professional and supportive throughout the entire process. He builds rapport with his clients and knows your case like the back of his hand. He will fight for you to the finish. About a year ago, my daughter and I were in a head on collision with someone who passed out from a medical condition. We were thankful to God that we all survived and with only a few injuries - the other driver was unharmed, my daughter only had some scratches from the car seat and I had a broken finger which prevented me from playing violin and needed surgery. However, I ran into problems with the insurance company from the first phone call to report the accident that evening after getting home from the hospital. After having trouble with the customer service person being impatient and rude on the phone, to having a hard time getting them to provide a rental car, then giving me a low settlement for my car (which was totaled), and trying to force me to accept the offer and go away, I started to feel like I needed help from someone that has experience dealing with companies like this one. I wouldn't have even thought of calling a lawyer until I felt bullied by this company and I imagine most people just give up and go on. I might have too, except I knew they were giving me a low settlement compared to the car market conditions with used cars being higher than ever and new cars being scarce. A friend recommended Clinton Morgan and he was truly a blessing! He did an excellent job - beyond what I even expected. He didn't settle for the first "go away" offer. He patiently worked with them for almost a year until they finally paid what he considered to be the fair amount and it was well worth the wait! He truly is someone who will fight for you!
