I rarely write reviews but if this post helps someone select a lawyer. it should be Mr. Chernoff. I have use Mr. Chernoff for varies cases with different family members and friends, he is knowledge experienced and such a great person in general helping everyone getting a fair opportunity. Gina is so hands on always returning phone calls and making sure you are aware of everything you need to do. if you need someone who you feel is fighting for you. I would hire him!!!!

Not sure where to start on this one but long story short I highly suggest hiring Ed Chernoff for your case. 100 percent. In April of 2018 I was charged with a very serious crime and my freedom was hanging on a thread In hind sight I was innocent but it was a very complicated case. There was no easy way to go about it and in the end my case was dismissed This is not the only reason I recommend Ed Chernoff law I recommend Ed for his customer service since the morning after my arrest till the last minute (nearly two years) every single call was returned by Gina and I was able to meet Ed and speak with him over the phone through email and in person many times. I was always treated like client and not a criminal defendant. He handled the case with extreme caution and delicacy because it was a sensitive case with the key witness being a child. Ed knew this from the start and always had my family’s well being in mind. He is a force to be reckoned with in the court room. A no nonsense lawyer with over 30 years experience. He doesn’t fight to get the best deal He fights to win. You need someone who understands the court system on both sides. Someone who will not judge you Someone who has patience. He is strategic tactful and highly respected. Many times lawyers come off as gimmicky or cliche. You will not feel that with Ed. Ed Chernoff reminded me of a Marine Force Recon infantry full bird Colonel. At the same time he is very kind and has empathy for his client. And in the end my case was dismissed. I hired Mr. Chernoff to represent me on a shoplifting charge. (misdemeanor theft, class b) I had never been in trouble before and I didn't understand the process. Mr. Chernoff was patient with me and explained everything in detail. He rarely told me what I wanted to hear, but he always told me what I needed to hear. His knowledge and experience are evident. That is what helped to guide and calm me through this lengthy, stressful process. He always got back with me promptly when I called or emailed him with questions.
