I felt it necessary to get on and leave a review from my experience with Mr. Napier. I was in need of legal representation due to 3 charges that were against me that were going to affect my life in ways that can not be explained. I took time to interview attorneys here in Montgomery county, and each one that Interviewed seemed to say that the case isn’t a very difficult one to overcome, but nonetheless a very challenging and complex case. Mr. Napier stood out to me for more than one reason, but the one I would like to share is, is the fact that he brought up the expunction process, which is a process that will remove the charges, if dismissed, off of your record, so that no agencies can pull them up, which makes it like it never happened. This was important to me because this would affect my personal life, as well as my professional life. This also keeps state officials, for example, a traffic stop, from unknowingly judging or mistreating you due to things they are able to view when running your information. I am also very pleased that since my cases have been dismissed, that I am now able to legally possess a firearm, to protect myself as well as my family, and community! Thank you for your very hard work, as well as your tremendous amount of knowledge and expertise. Great attorney! The case was dismissed. He helped to get a low bail bond and helped me out by doing a monthly payment plan based on my budget.
