I have not ever had to personally have Mr. Alvarado represent me however; he has represented several close friends of mine. Mr. Alvarado took his personal time to speak with me about a case and my personal responsibilities as victim of domestic violence. I walked out of his office with a weight lifted off of my shoulders, he reminded me that I truly was the victim, and not at fault and really discussed with me how to avoid being in the same situation ever again. I am proud to say I took his advice, I walked away from something and someone who was floundering. Mr. Alvarado gave me the knowledge and backbone to change my life, and my future. I can truly never express how his kindness changed who I was and who I would become. Mr. Alvarado is not only a top notch lawyer, he is a top notch individual and he truly cares about his clients and everyone involved in the cases he handles. This is truly a rarity in the law field. I'm proud that if I was ever in need of his services (hopefully I never do) I could not only call him my attorney, but my friend.

Mr. Alvarado is one of the most honest people I have worked with. He is very specific with his work and reiterating the laws until you understand. He has handled several cases for me involving my children and grandchildren that included speeding tickets and DWI's and domestic abuse. All outcomes were at or above my expectations. Mr. Alvarado helped me out more than most would. He is very knowledgeable and kept me informed all the way through both of my cases. I was wrongly charged with MIP. I just happened to be at a place where there was some beer cans on the ground. The officers decided to give everybody MIPs. There was about 30 of us that received these. Mr. Alvarado was able to get the case dismissed without any questions. On my other case, PI, Mr. Alvarado handled this case more than I ever expected. He was able to get the case dismissed without any community service or any penalties. I would not recommend any other lawyer in this area. Mr. Alvarado does exactly what he says he is going to do. He is the way to go.

I found myself in a very hard situation and was very nervous about the outcome of my DWI case. I was charged with a DWI with a child under 15 years of age. Mr. Alvarado from day 1 made it clear he took my case and the outcome of my situation very serious and I knew getting the best possible outcome was a priority for him. He kept me well informed and was always there willing to talk and answer questions whether through email or phone calls. Even with feeling many circumstances were stacked against me Mr. Alvarado continued to work hard on my case for several months and continued to make sure that the best outcome would be achieved. He was able to take my case from a felony charge to a misdemeanor and it saved not just my daily life but my career. Even after getting the charges reduced he continued to fight for my probabtion terms until he got was what was the best for me. Still after months of getting my case resolved he even went back to court for me to help me get terms of my probabtion changed. He is extremely knowledgable on the laws and how to work with the District Attorneys and Judges. With Mr. Alvarado you will never feel like just a client. He will work hard for you and make it his personal goal to make sure he gets the best possible results. Even after he will continue to fight for you and answer your questions. Without a doubt he is the lawyer anyone should hire because as I learned anything can happen to anyone and you need not just a lawyer but a good person there to fight for you.

I would highly recommend Mr. Alvarado for any criminal case!! You can be assured that he will get the job done and will act in the client's best interest. He is compassionate and very knowledgeable. I have hired him on 2 separate occasions for my husbands criminal cases. His first case was about 6-7 years ago and could have been facing up to 20 years for possession of a controlled substance. With the help of Mr. Alvarado he received 6 years probation. Recently he violated probation and could have been facing up to 20 years in TDC again. Thankfully Mr. Alvarado was able to get his probation reinstated.
