I highly recommend Scott. My case was very complex, and he applied due diligence in all aspects and went above and beyond to ensure success. Scott is very personable, patient, considerate and accommodating to your needs. I particularly liked that I could easily contact him, and he responded to all my queries in a timely manner. If he needed more time, he still responded in a reasonable time period and didn't keep me waiting. I am very happy that I found Scott and his rates are very reasonable.

I was going through a divorce and hired Matt to represent me. I have no regrets! He was able to help wrap up my case in a timely manner and also refunded the money that was not used in the retainer. He is very busy but always made sure to get back with me and he even provided his own cell number so he can be reached directly. Matt is a great lawyer to work with and I highly recommend him!

While seeking legal counsel regarding my nephew's incarceration Matt offered the most helpful advice among the numerous lawyers I had spoken with, and gave me the best guidance on how to move forward. His recommendation saved me thousands of dollars, and he offered details regarding the case that no one else would offer. His rate was comparable with other offers I received but I felt more confident in choosing this firm to represent my case.

I went to Matt Tyson after being failed by Bryan Fagan's office. Matt was blunt and honest about my situation, not what I wanted to hear how ever he didn't give me a fairy tale of false hope. Granted I did not retain him, but if I do choose to fight the impossible battle I am going through, Matt Tyson will be my first call.
Matt is honest and down to earth, clearly good at his job, he is good at lightening the mood. I enjoyed his rant at the beginning of our meeting about the bs of men having to wear multiple layers for court.

I spoke to 2 other attorney's before finding Matt Tyson. Their fees quadrupled what Matt Tyson's fees were, and both told me it would be 2 years before my divorce would be final. Matt Tyson put on his boxing gloves and I was divorced in 5 months. He is honest, ethical and has integrity. Matt Tyson's personal assistant, Suzanne is the heart of the business and will go out of her way to do anything for you. On a personal note, Matt Tyson was an answered prayer and a gift from God! Thinking about another Attorney? Dont! Matt is a diamond among rocks. I tried 2 other attorneys, both started less expensive but quickly ballooned above his standard retainer and they did nothing. This man saved my bacon. He is fair, straight to the point and represented me aggresivley during mediation.. Highly recommended here is an Extra star * to make it 6 star service.

Mr.Gardner had been on my case for almost three years but that was not his fault.
Harris County was so backed up because of covid and overwhelmed with cases.
He stuck with me the whole time, showed for every court that was scheduled in my absence.
Last week he got my felony dismissed and my misdemeanor time served with no fines.
Very impressed with this attorney.
Would recommend and hire him for future legal needs.
