Very helpful, informative and good service.

Piss poor excuse for a lawyer. Took two years for child support, that she didn't even recommend the judge did. The judge even thought she was a joke. Lies to us on the dates we have to appear in court, never returns phone calls, the list goes on and on. I wouldn't even recommend her to a dying fish. 10 out of 10 would never recommend her to anyone!!

Charges too much for something you can do at home

Mark Bennett is a highly talented attorney who is gifted with perception and intuition. He has a knack for seeing the big picture, but also is very detail oriented. Mark is a highly respected attorney, and a leader in his field. He works tirelessly for his clients, and makes himself available and accessible, when needed. If you are in the position of retaining legal counsel, do not do so without consulting with Mark first. We are very happy with the results he obtained for us, in a very complicated legal matter. We are convinced that no other attorney could have obtained these results. Should we ever be faced with a similar decision again, we would retain Mark Bennett without hesitation.

Jay is an excellent Attorney, he is very knowledgeable and professional. I was charged with a DWI when I was actually the passenger of the vehicle that was involved in an accident. When I went to Jay's office and explained my case to him he was very upfront with me on what to expect and he immediately had his investigator start interviewing witnesses. After going to court 3 times my case was dismissed. I appreciate everything Jay did to assist me during this process, I would recommend him to anyone seeking legal council for DWI or DUI related charges.

I received a DUI. The consultation with Mr. Cohen was very informative to the point that I felt he was the attorney for the job. Mr. Cohen didn't say he would win my case he said "I will not leave any rock unturned to get the results you are looking for". He helped in getting dates for court that wouldn't affect my work schedule. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney to represent me. When you get a DUI, it affects your life and your future. It NEVER goes away on your record, so you need an attorney that will fight for you. The final result my case was "DISMISSED" and I got my life back. I feel I can never pay Mr. Cohen back for what he did for me.

A friend recommended I call Jay immediately after I was arrested. I thought there was no way to win my case. I met with Jay and he was very realistic and promised me he would do everything he could. It was a long process, we had to go to court so many times. Jay didn't call very often but I found out that is because he had no reason to call, apparently the criminal system works very slowly. Once Jay had all of the evidence we sat down and went through it all, and then he said we should go to trial. This only delayed things further, but we went to trial and we WON! Thank you Jay!
