I want to say Mr. Pham helped me get my case dismissed. The prosecutor offered DWI PTI and we said no set it for trial. The case was finally dismissed before the trial. Have the courage to fight your case.

Called the office and asked the legal assistant if I can email what happened so I can avoid talking over the phone cause it’s really exhausting to find a good lawyer for me and my throat is sore. She’s not being helpful at all so please avoid this office for good and now I know why it has so many negative reviews. Updates: The office called back and apologized and I’m sure there are some misunderstandings as I just rated 3stars instead of 1star and I find it fair. As office’s response, lawyers should be really careful about their words, first of all, I didn’t ask to send “dozens of” documents, I only asked one and it’s my charge draft and it only contained a few paragraphs and it would explain what happened instead of talking over the phone since I’ve called several offices and I had a flu and my throat was sore that day. cause I really wanted to find a good lawyer. Secondly, I did agree to pay initial consultation fee if everything goes well then I’ll bring more documents . But when lawyers review my case and I was also reviewing them. Lastly, offices made some assumptions about me and none of them are related to this call, I clearly don’t understand “I have issues other than legal” would do anything with this. Rest assured because I would change my review if there’s misunderstandings and I find a neutral review is fair. And for anyone who read the review, I did find a really good lawyer through family network, and best of luck to anyone who’s been in the situation. Cheers!
