An amazing criminal defense attorney. I had three narcotics cases all in under 3 months. The first one being felony possession of Marijuana 1-5 pounds, the day of my arrest I spent 10 hours in jail, but since I had such an incredible lawyer that was the ONLY time I spent in jail, after 9 months of court the case ended in a result of time served. My second case was a possession of marijuana 0-2oz which he got dismissed with no problem. Lastly, I was charged with a felony distribution of marijuana which Joseph ended up getting the charge reduced to a misdemeanor possession, I was already feeling extremely fortunate because getting a felony dropped to a misdemeanor is already a huge deal in itself. With it starting as such a huge charge and myself not having a clean record something that could of been years in jail with a felony on my record the rest of my life jeopardizing my future turned into only one week in jail total. Joseph’s attention to detail and great work ethic make him not only a great lawyer for narcotic cases, but an amazing lawyer for all your cases whatever they may be. To this day, I still recommend him and everyone always comes out with the best possible outcome for their scenario. Most recently I sent a friend to him who I kid you not had six narcotic cases all felonies and he got every single case dismissed. You will not be disappointed, in anyway. Absolutely amazing defense attorney.

If you you are fighting a criminal case I definitely recommend you to hire Joe I was fighting a Robbery and bod injury on my second felony case facing tdc time five years minimum.My Codefendant was dismissed and for 2years it wasn't looking good. He fought my case didn't dismiss it but I'm definitely satisfied getting to sign probation in Pre-trial. This man even came to county to tell me he was going in to get me another bond after jumping it for almost 6 months. He went in came back w it when i was been reset and told I didn't have one.
