I wouldn't recommend this law office to my worst enemy, we hired them in December after my husband was in an accident, that's about 8 months ago, my husband calls to try to get information, no one ever calls back, he's never even spoken to the lawyer. He was approved for a cash advance and we could never pick it up because the lawyer is never in. 3 weeks after being approved for the cash advance, my husband called and they said they decided he couldn't get it after all. This is literally the most unprofessional law office I've ever encountered, from the missing lawyer to the lack of communication , I'd give 0 stars if I could.

From the moment I walked into the office of Attorney Garcia I was greeted with such kindness. Michelle (front receptionist) showed much concern seeing me in such pain. While waiting for a short period of time she provided me with all the comfort that was within her power. When I was taken into the conference room by Yanet and Laura ( case managers) it was beyond evident that the kindness and concern for me was not just at the front door but well within the entire team. I highly recommend Attorney Garcia. They have kept contact with me on a almost daily basis and show genuine commitment in my recovery.

These attorneys sue on spilled piss. Get a better lawyer.

Terrible, terrible service. I’ve done everything they have asked me to do, but every time I call my calls are never returned and I’m on hold for longer than 20 minutes. Matt Mendoza is very unprofessional, I had to gather all my information and submit it to him and still have yet to receive a call with a simple update. I’ve went through enough with trying to get help with my accident and then to be treated like this is unbelievable. I would never refer anyone to this company, ever.

Just wanted to thank Mr. McMillan for turning down my case when $ signs were all thought were considered for the amount of "work" it would have required. The attorney who did take it on took on for principle alone, stated didnt matter how much we came out with but justice! We have got the full amount the state of texas would allow. So thank you because i do not think you would have done has well as the attorney i did have help me through this very hard case that ive ended up with ptsd from. I remember the phone call i had with chance when i called for an explanation of why i was getting a letter of unable to represent the case, when i called i was in tears with out any empathy behind his voice of just i cant do the case due the expensive and what it would be valued at. People should always be valued more than $$. You will meet your creator and face your judgement day.

I highly recommend using this law firm! I was hit by a careless driver that was texting while driving, hitting me so hard I rolled 5 times. Chance and his team took on my case and got myself the best outcome from something so horrible! They were so friendly and made me feel at ease during the entire process. Do yourself a favor and hire this team!
