I met Justin Harris in 2015 when I retained his previous firm where he was the lead attorney on my DWI case. Upon his departure, I chose to stay with Justin - best decision I could have made! Over the next 23 months, Justin was in constant communication and by my side for the duration - he's very accessible, always answered or returned my calls/texts promptly. He explained every option clearly and kept me advised of changes in courtroom procedures, legal policies, etc. and how they could possibly affect my case. Having won my initial license suspension hearing, I was allowed to keep my drivers license and he guided me through the steps needed to stay in compliance with the courts. The arrest/charge happened at a time when I already was overwhelmed with a pending divorce, employment change, etc. There were several times when I was overwhelmed and felt like giving up, taking a plea just to be done with it all. Justin not only encouraged me to stay strong, but clearly explained the merits behind his advice. He spoke with my family members when they had questions, he didnt let me fall when everything seemed to be crumbling around me. I am so thankful for his help and would recommend him as an excellent attorney. He is extremely knowledgeable of the law. He has integrity and is respected in the legal community as made obvious to me by the demeanor and repor during courtroom interactions. And he's simply a nice guy,

I consulted Mr. Harris on some violations I had received from the City of Houston. After an informative, seemingly honest, and free consultation, I decided to utilize his services in my quest to have charges dropped. Although his law clerk, Ray, has been helpful several times throughout this process, Mr. Harris doesn't just shove responsibility to his clerk. He's hands on. His expertise resulted in 3, out of 4 charges being completely dropped, the 4th charge being reset, even with a failure to appear and warrant. He is still assisting me on the last charge, of which I fully trust his advisement. Reasonably priced and there when you need him, I will retain his services in the future.

Having a successful career and being the sole source of income for my family I was absolutely terrified of the situation I was in. If you are having legal trouble, Justin is definitely the attorney to hire. I hired Justin last year for something I did not do. I met with Justin, explained the situation, and after speaking with him, I knew he was the attorney for me. He had a more than fair price and assured me that he could handle the situation. He was knowledgeable and ultimately got the charges against me dismissed. He then told me that he could get that arrest and a previous arrest for a much worse offense expunged from my record completely. I'm thankful for that, because I cannot find employment due to the nature and severity of those arrests. Needless to say, I have once again contracted Justin's services. Also, I have a friend with some legal issues and Justin gave me some great advice to give to my friend (at no cost). He also said he would be willing to travel to handle the issue if he wanted him to. Another thing is, I don't just have Justin's office number, I also have his personal cell number, so that I could reach him at any time I needed him or had an issue. Finally, I have a young child that was extremely concerned about me having to go to jail, and he went about and beyond to reassure her and put her mind at ease. For that I am extremely grateful. While I hope I never need another attorney, Justin is my choice...no doubt about it. Thanks Justin for all you did and do.

My case was dismissed! Justin was really helpful in explaining what to expect in court, and walked me through the different possible outcomes. I was arrested on New Year's Eve for DWI and was also involved in a car accident. It was my first DWI but not an easy case. Justin's exceptional expertise was very helpful in this case.
