Did everything he needed to, no complaints

I would highly recommend Brian Walters. What I most appreciated about him was his accessibility. In dealing with emotionally charged issues such as divorce and child custody, there were times when I wanted to talk to Brian immediately. He ALWAYS responded in a timely manner and took my concerns seriously. He was honest, professional, and personable. His charges were high for my budget, but in the long run, I think he cost less than my previous attorneys because he did not "nickel and dime" me to death, and his well thought out strategy meant that the case was resolved in my favor and I was able to avoid the additional costs of court. Another benefit for hiring Brian is that you get his staff. It is so calming when going through a lawsuit to have a friendly and kind staff to assist and offer words of encouragement. After many hours of working with them, one almost feels like they have become friends, and this makes the lawsuit process so much more palatable.
