this was a high conflict divorce with custody, which was document intensive She was easy to talk to and communicate with. She returns messages right away and explained all the legal rules and made a winning strategy for court. We worked well together she guided me to do summaries of the voluminous paperwork to reduce attys fees and for trial purposes. She was aggressive in seeking settlement throughout the case and finally in the end the case settled allowing me to maintain custody with extra child support and visitation that was right for my family.

I have a difficult custody case that I have been dealing with since 2018. The father chose tactics such as CPS abuse allegations and Child Support Enforcement. All of which was dismissed, but was difficult without an attorney. I eventually hired an attorney that took my retainer fee and never bill me an invoice for her work. Two years later, I was served with a Child Custody Modification. I was overwhelmed and I did my research on approximately 25 attorneys. I spoke to several attorney and my friends that were former judges. They mentioned people that they knew, but I didn’t like their game plan during consultation. After speaking to Attorney Michelle, she form the same plan I had in mind. This was the first reason I hire her. Secondly, she was willing to work on my case, even though she knew it is highly litigated. Lastly, I was ultimately shock by how she revised the discovery to tailor my specific needs as a mother. My discoveries are usually more generic. She raised all my concerns. I am in love with her work and hopefully I can be a great attorney like her one day. Attorney are usually allergic working for free. I find Michelle as a keeper and I wish I met her sooner. She is transparent on her work, billing, and aggressive during litigation.

My sister is going through a tough divorce and wasted a lot of money, time and effort with an attorney that totally lacked experience.
