Piss poor excuse for a lawyer. Took two years for child support, that she didn't even recommend the judge did. The judge even thought she was a joke. Lies to us on the dates we have to appear in court, never returns phone calls, the list goes on and on. I wouldn't even recommend her to a dying fish. 10 out of 10 would never recommend her to anyone!!

Charges too much for something you can do at home

I am a 39 yr old professional who moved to Houston for good pay/work. I had no criminal history prior to 2010 when my life suddenly changed significantly - I was charged with 2 counts of Aggravated Assault w Deadly Weapon, had a $110,000.00 bond, was facing 99 yrs in prison, had crashed both my Mercedes', and lost my wife to an affair with a married man. All of this unfolded in 2 days. Long story short, on the criminal charges, I stood firm against the Harris County D.A. and was acquitted. Kyle did a great job, took my moms phone calls, my phone calls, met with me several times, and I knew he was on my side. I highly recommend Kyle. For those facing felony charges - as much as I try, I really can't think of any comforting words other than to tell you that the USA incarcerates a greater percentage of its population than any other country in the entire world (including Iran). Texas leads the USA in this area. You are not alone. Be careful. You are in grave danger of a downward spiral to an unpredictable bottom. Hiring Kyle is a good move, visiting a Psychiatrist is a good move, returning to Church is a good move. Believing that the D.A. or Judge has anyone's best interest in mind is a bad move.

Kyle Sampson was instrumental in helping us through a very difficult time when a family member was incarcerated in Texas.
