I was referred to Brian Humphries after car accident which I was a passenger. I never expected that I would still be recovering from my brain injury sustained during this collision. Brian followed up with me routinely to update the status of the insurance claims. He kept up with my medical treatment including rehab for my TBI and was encouraging through the process. He always explained the process and it was only a matter of months ending in successful result and maximum recovery of the claims. They are law firm you can count on to get things done

You know how you hear stories that make you say, “that’s not possible. No one behaves that way”? That’s how I approached this but was surprised to learn the stories were true. Unless your accident and injury are life or death and the firm can get that 1/3 and a big settlement, they won’t even care for you, let alone have the decency to at least let you know they won’t take your case. Instead, you are never talked to again. Plenty of friends suggested different attorneys but I thought, hey let’s give this reputable firm a shot. I guess you wouldn’t get a big fat check with my claim so it wasn’t worth representing. A callback would have been appreciated though.

I contacted this Law Firm searching for a Lawyer to represent my husband in a medical malpractice suit. Months ago we gave all the information in regards to the malpractice done by Dr. Harkins and Dr. Gerard Abreo. We waited for a response for weeks and heard nothing back from this Firm. I made a phone call to them to find out what was the reason for the delay. Left message for Ezette to call me back. She never did, so I called back and she told me they had one more question about the case. After wasted weeks of waiting, I called back again and Ezette said “oh, I called you, but I guess I didn’t. I haven’t never ever dealt with someone more incompetent. She then told me the Layers are NOT going to take the case and they didn’t say why. They wasted months of our time waiting and waiting. I know a law firm is just as good as their representatives... and Ezette is the worst. I will never refer this law firm to anyone. Now I have to start over again with another Lawyer.
