I just want to thank you and Diana. This will be the first year I will get to spend an entire Christmas with my children, without drama. Without tension in the air. A year ago you helped me deal with my ex and her thoughts of visitations. You defended me to the upmost. You informed me and fought for what was warranted for me. During the entire process, whenever I could not reach you, Diana responded. Peace of mind for my children was all that I was wanting and you helped my family get to that point. Michael Pham was a great attorney. He took on my DWI case and handled my ALR hearing and got both cases dismissed. He was very knowledgeable and always answered my questions. I was very disappointed with her from our first encounter. I called and asked to speak with someone to get information. I was forwarded to someone driving (cell phone) and she basically dismissed what i had to say as i cant talk i'm driving after she listened to me explain my whole issue i was having. Then she took my number and never called me back. I was very dissatisfied with this and i wont be pursuing this firm for my case.

Mr. Pham is the best. When I got arrested for a DWI, I felt a lot of anxiety and the repercussions a conviction would have on my professional career. I thought the case was hopeless to win. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY, he just took our money and left us alone until the judge had to call him to let him know that his client is waiting for over 1 hour, was paid in full no payments or debit cards, cash paid and has done nothing but to agree with prosecutors and was no help what so ever, BE CAUSHIOUS, DO NOT HIRE. Over 50 clients including myself trying to get back money and or call the better business of atorney General on this criminal you have been warned

Last year (late May,2014) I found myself in a major double bind. Once the settlement was concluded, she followed up with clear instructions, answering all questions I presented. . Perhaps the most rewarding outcome of this process was that I knew I was no simply another 'case' she won. She clearly rejoiced with me for the happy resolution of my predicament and with the part she played in it.
