I was referred to Mack by a friend of mine and he was the best thing that could have ever happen to me in my time of need, he went above and beyond to help to me out. I was willing to settle for a lesser charge and he told me no I can do better than that. In the end he ended up having all my charges dismissed and I couldn't be happier, I have referred him to friends of mine already.

I first met Mack when my husband had a court matter. To begin with, we did not know where to start looking for an attorney since we have never had any dealings with the courts. Fortunately, a friend referred Mack to us, along with several other attorneys, but after consultations and lack of feedback from the others, we quickly realized, without any regrets, that Mack was the one we wanted to take our case. The thing we liked about Mack was that we had access to him 24/7 via his cellphone, and got quick feedback to our questions. He also kept us up-to-date on every step of the case, without us having to ask. He was very meticulous and instrumental in helping my husband to get an earlier date for his court hearing, and got his charges reduced. He even wrote a letter for my son's college (free of charge) so that he was able to get a refund for his school fees, as he was unable to attend school during that challenging time in our lives. About a year after my husband's case was over, we needed some documents from Mack, and he was on point in getting those documents to us the same day we requested them! Mack is a Rising Star! He is a very humble Counsel, easy to talk to, with a high level of trust and professionalism. Would certainly recommend him, without hesitation, to anyone looking for an excellent Attorney.

For one he was always on time, he does exactly what he says he’ll do. If it weren’t for him my case would not had been dismissed. The payment plan was in fact the cherry on top. Thank you esquire Schaffer!

My husband was taken back to Houston Texas, from Omaha, Nebraska for violation of probation, as well as a ticket for a taillight that was out.He wasn't even a resident, when the incident took place,long story short. (Yes he had a lawyer when sentenced, go figure.) A Felony, a few quotes of $5000 and more, a husband 900 miles away from home, lead me to Mr. Schaffer. Thankfully. Because from that moment he represented my husband, he had my husband home within 48 hours. He worked with our financial situation. He immediately went in person to talk to my husband about his case and the next action. When my husband was released he offered to make sure he made it to bus station. My husband had no I.D. when he left, we did not know he would be taken out of state, when they said a "warrant" in TX. He's also followed up on us from time to time. Consider no other. His service is EXCEPTIONAL. And he speaks english not legalese when explaining your options, without the "hustle". You know what I mean.

I hired Mack when I was in trouble and facing a year in jail. He did a great job at handeling my case and answered any questions I had and was with me the whole time through the process . I’d hire him again no questions asked
