I approached this with a lot of anxiety, I wasn’t sure I was ready to relive the past, but I submitted the claim with Danziger Delano Law Firm anyway . I’m not sure what the outcome wIll be, but I am grateful to “Luke” for his professionalism, his thoroughness, most importantly, his patience and compassion. It was a pleasant experience. Somewhat healing, actually.

After years of feeling like “ David versus Goliath “ , I am very thankful that I chose Mr Charles Fletcher and Danziger & De Llano Law Firm to fight the big fight . Recommendation Gone Wrong - The staff is rude and unresponsive. Their positive reviews appear manufactured. Details for owner to provide context: - Signed online contract with your office in regards to the 3M earplug claim, roughly 40 days ago. Your office was recommended by a co-worker, a fellow disabled veteran. - Roughly 7 calls have been made to your office within the last month seeking process clarity. I've never worked with a law office before. No clarity provided, as I was sent to voicemail each time. I left a msg with my contact information every time. - very early in the process, I was able to speak to your staff member, Robert, who passed along that your office was completely overwhelmed with the 3M claims. He advised I go online and sign the contract on your website. He promised to call me back - never did. - Every interaction with your office gives me the impression of folks who are either overworked, overwhelmed, or do not care. - I'd like to reach out to other offices for help at this point but I'm unsure how that works since I already signed a contract with your office... Lastly, I very rarely leave positive or negative reviews. Only when I feel service overwhelmingly exceeds my expectations or the opposite do I donate precious time to inform others. I will not be calling your office to speak with anyone. The folks I've already interacted with have solidified my opinion of D&D.
