Mr Chappell is the best attorney hands down for insurance purposes. We were having an issue with the insurance company harassing us on an automotive claim and not wanting to pay out. Mr Chappell took care of that real fast. If you are experiencing the same kind of difficulties Mr Chappell is the man to talk to. He is a attorney that works for the working man when corporations are attempting to take advantage of you.

I submitted a lawyer request on-line to help mitigate a renovation contract for which I paid upfront but later realized the contract had major elements of the project missing as well as flaws in the way they produced the costs for a tiny bathroom remodel. Mr. Chappell was the only attorney who took the time to call me; the others wanted me to contact them via email. Mr. Chappell listened to me explain my concerns and he asked a lot of questions. He was genuinely interested in my case. When we met in person, he made it clear that he could not determine the outcome; however, he felt I had a promising case. Mr. Chappell went to work right away and at each filing, kept me updated and answered any questions. The defendant was evasive when the court tried to serve papers and failed to show up to a court date when specifically notified to attend. Throughout this more than 2-year process, Mr. Chappell continued to encourage me to be patient and to not lose hope as well as explained each step he would take as the process moved forward. In the end, the judge ruled in my favor (over $30k, plus attorney’s and court fees). I am extremely grateful for Mr. Chappell’s hard work, dedication and expertise. He definitely put a lot of thought into each filing and most of all the summary. Although payment has not yet been received by the defendant and Mr. Chappell’s job is technically “done”, he has still continued to provide me with options and information on how to move forward if a turnover receivable is warranted. As a Realtor/Investor, I paid for a marketing company $9,000 to provide leads. They promised daily leads, CRM and "guaranteed" results in 30-days or less. 43-days in, I had 3 leads and they wouldn't refund me, begging me for more time. My credit card company said the contract I signed (shame on me for not reading it AND having an attorney review it), never once mentioned the vendor owed me any leads at all, so they cannot contest my claim. My real estate attorney here (Ohio) said I was likely out of $9,000 I paid. My brother, also an attorney, said I was likely out the money. My cousin, also an attorney, said to reach out to an attorney in the state the vendor is located in, Texas, and I got LUCKY to connect with Matt. Matt explained I had a case, there was evidence of consumer fraud, and one demand letter + 3 weeks of time, I was fully reimbursed by the vendor! Matt is easy to work with, clean, efficient and a professional. I give him my highest praises.
