I felt completely comfortable with Mr. Mercer. We went through my case and he even mentioned that we could do split payment for my case which helped out a lot. There was no pressure with him and I would highly recommended Michael. His response rate is impeccable and he got my case dismissed within 3 visits to the courts. If I’m ever in a situation again, Michael will be my first call.

Paul Kendall was referred to me when my husband needed a lawyer in Brazoria County. It was 2 days before the hearing when I contacted him. Next day he went to go consult with my husband in jail and the day after he was there for the hearing and worked with the prosecutors to get the best deal. Mr. Mercer was on his A game with my case. Staying on top of it, making sure I get the best results. He explained what I couldn’t do if we accepted the offers from the court but that was never an option for us. He was lenient, patient and hungry for best results. Flexible payment plans.
