To survivors around the globe, family of and friends alike. My name is Lance Anderson and as a survivor I am beyond grateful to this firm. From the beginning I have been treated with kindness, dignity, and have felt a genuine concern for my wellbeing from each associate I've connected with. Taking time out for me personally throughout this process was not expected although very much appreciated. Regardless of outcome, although I remain optimistic, know that I am and will be forever indebted to the idea that such a large institution took the time and put forth such great effort for we survivors, and me personally. I hired another law firm and I made a mistake. Was referred to Daspit by a previous client and what a difference. Insurance won't give me a loaner so they helped with transportation and are helping with my property damage. Thanks AL for explaining everything. Will recommend 100%

From the beginning of this nightmare I was treated with respect and courtesy. And they have been very diligent about keeping me informed. When I send a text or email they respond quickly. When I call I don't have be on hold for more then 2 or 3 minutes but usually I am not on hold at all . I would recommend this firm to all if service considerations as well as prompt communication means anything to you! They have my thanks and appreciation .
