Amazing Service! I would definitely recommend Daspit Law for legal services specially if you’re involved in a car accident like I was. Someone else was in charged of my case in the beginning but was really slow although I was able to get medical treatment after my car accident. Then one day I got contacted by Michael Garatoni who informed me that he was taking over my case. Michael was amazing through the process, he made sure to keep good communication with me and made sure all my medical bills were taken care of. Michael was able to negotiate my medical bills and I even got a good amount of money after the settlement process finished. I can’t be more grateful with Daspit Law and Michael putting the time in my case. The whole process felt so smoothly and the settlement check came right on time when I needed it the most. Nightmare working with them

I was in an accident that was not my fault and I was referred to Daspit Law from a friend in Dallas. From the beginning till the end they treated me like family! Brian Merka was my attorney and he literally went out of his way to get the treatment I needed and felt comfortable with! If you want the best then Brian Merka with Daspit Law is the best!! They truly care about the person not the paycheck! I'm so grateful and blessed that I had them to lean on. 🥰🥰🥰

Wouldn't go here again, the end result was acceptable but the trip to get there was a living nightmare! This firm shifted my case to another "partner" firm. Poor follow up, lots of foot dragging. I'm convinced the ONLY reason there was resolution was my threats to move the case elsewhere . (FYI they were real) Look elsewhere
