Peter Bennett and his team are outstanding at learning exactly what the matter is, all parties' interests, and negotiating the best outcome. Peter is so knowledgeable and probate/guardianship is so foreign to most lay people. I feel so well represented by Peter, who really got to know me, and my father. His passion to advocate for what is right is beyond reproach. I hope no one has to deal with these tough issues, but if they do, Peter Bennett is the attorney you want in your corner.

My uncle was seriously ill with cancer, and we weren't sure how long he would live. As soon as I contacted Peter, the office emailed me an estate planning questionnaire. They told me to fill it out and email it back as soon as possible. I sent it back later that night and they drafted all the documents and scheduled an emergency appointment the next day. Peter really cared and understood the urgency of the matter. Even though we came in to write a will, Peter also made sure all other necessary paperwork got done, like the documents that we needed to take care of my uncle while he was still alive and under going chemo. He has since passed, but we are so grateful for Peter for making the process smooth, and most importantly that Peter made sure that my uncle's kids were taken care of.
