Tom is a friend from college. I'm currently involved in a very nasty family litigation situation in another state. Despite the fact that we've been out of touch for many decades, Tom patiently kindly returned my calls, calmed me down as much as possible, in an absolutely horrific situation. Tom helped my family member with three very serious and highly charged cases. Tom went to trial on the first case. The DA was seeking 20 years, was out for blood, and ready to try the other two cases. The result, 2 cases dismissed, and probation for the case that went to trial. Tom stuck to the facts & evidence, was calm, connected with the jury, and he was very strategic in how he presented the facts. He caught the complaining witness in several lies. Tom helped to show the jury that my family member was not a "menace" to society who needed to be locked away in prison.
