First representative I've had to date that not only shot me straight, was always available, and made what should have been a nightmare of a situation as painless as possible. He is undoubtably one of the good ones, and I highly recommend him.

This is the best lawyer I know in Texas I don’t know many but hats off to this amazing man and law firm he goes above and beyond for his clients with that being said I’m forever grateful for what he did for us.

Attorney Vaughn is precise and serious about his clients cases. He will keep you in contact of daily updates also great with communicating about everything that’s going on in your case. If I were to choose an attorney it would be him couldn’t thank him enough.

Great attorney

This law firm is incredible. I’ve never been in and out of court so fast in my entire life. Sara reprinted me in a case that I absolutely (did not) want on my record. The way they worded it made it sound like I was a mastermind criminal that duplicated documents for a living. Lol! It just sounded BAD! I have a past and that was the first thing Sara mentioned to me that might be a problem. But something told me not to get discouraged. I sat in the courtroom and watched her talk to the District Attorney who from the looks of it, wasn’t trying to hear it! This lady fought with her until she got exactly what she wanted which was a dismissal. I couldn’t believe it. She negotiated a class for me to take and gave me more than a month to complete it and said that it would be dismissed upon doing so. I just received an email from Roque Law Firm confirming my dismissal. I am beyond ecstatic! In an overburdened system Will not only has fluent knowledge of the law but has maintained the spirit of the law and its intent for justice and due process for all. Will offers personal attention in vulnerable circumstance with recognition that clients are real people and not merely case numbers or statistics. Courts can be difficult to navigate for many but Will offers knowledge, skill, ability and hope for equitable resolutions.
