Matt and his team are a dream come true . A master of his craft and was able to get me the custody that I wanted . Blessed to be able to have them on my side 🙏

I can't say enough about how amazing Matt is! I really appreciated how honest he was and he went above and beyond to help settle my nerves and reassure me about my case. He's so communicative (and his team!) and was there for me when I needed him. Hands down, best decision I made for my family. 10/10 would recommend hiring him. If I ever need a lawyer in the future, he's definitely my guy!!!

I chose Matt to at least consult with my husband for his case. Even though he did not allow me to be apart of it. I do completely understand why he does this. My husband loved Matt. He said he felt Matt truly listened to him and understood. He said Matt was very real. His honest opinions were hard to hear, but the truth is what we paid for. If it wasn’t for his very expensive retainer, my husband would have hired him. His hourly rate was reasonable, so at least that’s a bonus. Anybody that can afford the $15k retainer, I say hire Matt.

I had the best consultation with Ms Champs. I felt heard & a priority. It’s good to know my family will be in knowledgeable and caring hands.

If you are going through a divorce, don’t waste your money on any other attorney besides Matt Tyson. I wish I would have found him before I hired this other attorney, because in my 30 minute consultation with Matt, I learned more about my rights as the custodial parent than I did in $2500 worth of billed hours from an attorney that never even drew up divorce papers. I will be hiring Matt Tyson asap because I know he will put his boxing gloves on and fight for what’s right without wasting my time and money.

I would not recommend this attorney!!! First no respect to the client he never respond on his emails and multiple requests through his secretary during almost two weeks.

So Far I Can Say Scott is by far the most competent attorney I have met in a while. Trust The Process!!! We The People need attorney's we can trust to fight for our rights.

I recently had a consultation with Matt Tyson, and I have to say that I was beyond impressed. My initial conversation was with Suzanne, and she was very kind, friendly, understanding and extremely knowledgeable, which immediately put me at ease. Matt was very honest and open with me regarding outstanding issues within my divorce decree. As we walked through the information I had, he said “you’re not going to like me after this call, but here’s the deal…” While I didn’t like what he said (for example, I wasn’t able to achieve certain actions within my “modifications”), I was so appreciative of his openness and full honesty. He even explained the ROI - and whether tackling certain things w/in my decree made financial sense (not only in attorney fees, but also emotional costs, etc…). He is not the type of attorney that is ‘out for the money,’ unlike other attorneys I’ve spoken with. His experience, client-centric approach, communication and clear ethical practice is unmatched, and would refer him to any friend or family member of mine.

I was in the consultation with my husband and Mike was very rude. He was not helpful and or showing support in that he could help us with our case to fight child custody. My father was on the call because we are young and inexperienced with this situation. He was trying to be a part of the call as he is very knowledgeable in law enforcement. If you don’t want a third party on the call, state that in the beginning, not after a potential client brings it to your attention. You should have your clients best interest at heart and offer the help they need, which is why you get paid, instead of focusing on being annoyed. He offered no help, he was just throwing outrages prices at us. Felt very much he was not interested in the case and because of that, he showed his low professionalism. Once again, he showed no sympathy or care to our case. Questions I asked him he just kept saying, “I don’t know”, so it was a waste of $250 dollars. I guess there was an interest more on quick profit and that’s it. I sincerely and whole heartedly wouldn’t recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer to fight custody for your child.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Matt and his team. They took the most upending, emotional, impactful, lengthy, and chaotic experiences of my life and helped make them manageable. I would never wish the need of a legal team onto anyone, however, should the need ever arise, Mr. Matthew Tyson is the steady voice of reason offering the most reliable representation you could imagine. You have my sincerest appreciation for an unbelievable result for my family.

Matt Tyson was extremely informative. I was in a tough spot being told what I need to do legally. But calling Matt was the best thing I could’ve done for clarity. Having a professional help really was worth the money.
