The prosecutor intentionally tried to pursue legal action against me without probable cause. Three charges dismissed with prejudice because of attorney Moncriffes unique and excellent defense. Mr. Strauss , is definitely the BEST he picked up the case & got it dismissed w / a small fine & less then a year . Although w / COVID-19 , he was still answering questions that we had and kept in touch . From a reasonable price to payment plan to professional , he is the best in Houston . Tyrone Moncriffe done a magnificent job representing my son after a fight in High School had him facing a 3rd degree felony for injury to a child when my son was 17 and the other kid was 14, basically 2 kids having a fight and I really didn't understand why the DA was pushing such a harsh penalty.
