Bad service never return my calls have been calling for 2 months

My friend has tried her best with this lawyer who continuously puts them off. He forgets phone calls, meetings and hearings. BUT he always wants his money. The Justice system is failing

Total negligence.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! It has been so frustrating working with this "firm." I've had to HOUND them to get a response from the paralegal and attorney. These people are useless. I seriously had the most straight forward case ever, and they still managed to prolong it and stretch it out for months. I have to follow up with them on each and every next step and then keep asking them to send over paperwork, and then notice that the paperwork is riddled with errors. One time, it was a straight COPY & PASTE from another case because it had a completely wrong home address. Sloppy, unprofessional, and lazy. They do not provide quality work and are not even worth a dime. I will not be so cruel as to recommend them to anyone. The paralegal straight up ignored me for weeks. Garbage place

Omg 😱 this firm's lawyers are so bad, they don't work on my case yet, but they were charged $ 4,000. I have been waiting for some information for almost four months and call them frequently, but they don't answer any questions now.
