I will be placing a complaint with the bar after this review but I wish I could give ZERO stars! We paid everything in full upfront for an immigration case back in 2018 and it is sooo difficult to get a call back! All I want is to just finish this case and never ever go back, do NOT waste your time and money here! They are a scam! Flor the receptionist is no help at all either! I’ve tried many times to get ahold of Joe Romero and nothing!!!

I keep calling and the lady at the desk keeps telling me that he's not in or on lunch, I'm getting the run around and things don't feel right my husband has court and they know nothing about his court date!

BEWARE DO NOT BOTHER!!!! had a case for almost a month and never bother doing anything. Only thing they get mad when you call to ask for statuses and only let you speak to lawyer when you ask them for a refund!!! To say I have 3 months trying to get a refund they keep telling they will call me back to set up appointments and nothing but lets be for sure they will call you once payment is due. Waste of money here! Do not waste your money here!!!

This place does not deserve any stars. A relative of mine is trying to reach the main person Mr. Joe Romero and he won't return calls or set up appointments. Another person I know has a case with them for almost a year. NOTHING has been done. Once you pay them they care less about you. Don't waist your money look for people who can represent you and not only want your money.

Soy un cliente y Estoy muy contento mi esposa y yo con el servicio y trabajo de Carlos Rodríguez y Todos los abogado son muy amables y responsables yo tuve dos casos una de criminal y otro de CPS en los dos casos el abogado Carlos Rodríguez ganó pude ver su entrega y disponibilidad en cada caso y el abogado Romero y el abogado Matta y el abogado de inmigración todos ellos estuvieron con nosotros en el caso de Criminal y de CPS todos ellos trabajando juntos estoy agradecida con Dios por a verlos puesto en mi camino gracias a Dios primeramente y a los abogados en especial al abogado Carlos Rodríguez hoy estoy libres de cargos y estoy con mi familia todos juntos y el personal de los abogados es staf todos ellos muy amables en especial Arely y Flor sus secretarias Dios los bendiga a esta oficina de abogados y los guarde siempre I am a client and I am very happy my wife and I with the service and work of Carlos Rodríguez and All the lawyers are very kind and responsible I had two cases one of criminal and another of CPS in both cases the lawyer Carlos Rodríguez won I could see their delivery and availability in each case and the lawyer Romero and the lawyer Matta and the immigration lawyer all of them were with us in the case of Criminal and CPS all of them working together I am grateful to God for seeing them put in my way thanks to God first and especially the lawyers Carlos Rodríguez today I am free of charge and I am with my family all together and the staff of the lawyers the staf all of them very friendly especially Arely and Flor their secretaries God bless you to this law office and keep them always
