My husband was arrested for injury to a child. His job and his ability to provide for us were on the line. The cops did not do a very thorough investigation, and we were going up against their reactionary decision to arrest. We hired Nathaniel, who did a very thorough investigation and collected evidence to tell my husband's side of the story. Even though the prosecutor felt strongly about the case, Nathaniel was able to persuade the grand jury to no-bill the case. Nathaniel never promised anything to us other than that he would try hard on my husband's case. He did, and the proof is in the pudding. I highly recommend Nathaniel.

My husband, and the father of our son, was arrested for Assault, Failure to Stop and Give Information, and Evading Arrest. Basically, he got into a fender bender and some bad people tried to take advantage of him, because when they heard his accent, they assumed he was here illegally (he's not here illegally). The cops did not see what was actually going on of course because they arrested him and charged him with three cases. Nathaniel worked extremely hard over the course of several months with several different prosecutors to compile evidence and tell my husband's side of the story. In the end, all three cases were dismissed. This case was very important to us because it could have had immigration consequences for my husband--he could have been deported. My previous and original lawyer did not care about my well being or best interests. Not only did Nathaniel literally help save my life by convincing me to seek the treatment I didn't realize I needed to stay alive, but he also took time to study my case very thoroughly so that he could represent me so remarkably before the judge. He did such a fantastic job, and is viewed very respectably in the courtroom, that the judge decided to grant a deferred adjudication- something that was initially rejected by the prosecution. Had I stayed with my original lawyer that I hired before I hired Nathaniel, I would have never been so fortunate, nor would I have had a chance at staying sober to this day. Nathaniel was extremely on top of everything every step of the way, and never let anything slip through the cracks. Needed an defense attorney due to a sting operation in Houston. I was from out of town and had many questions about if I would be going to jail, fined, etc. Nathaniel took my calls every time and assured me he would work to get me the best outcome. He was consistent in keeping me abreast of what is going on and what the next process would be. He was also at every court date and he told the judge every time that he was my representation. In the end he got me a pretrial diversion and this can be removed from my record. Better than I could of ever asked for.
