Dismissed! The case against me was dropped due to lack of evidence which I maintained all along. After a year and a half of struggling with every imaginable demon brought on by this case and having David talk me through some. My wife and I are so grateful David was there for both of us. David not only represented me in a court of law, he was a friend I could call for support. If you have cases in Harris or surrounding counties, you’ll do well to hire David to represent and counsel you. IMHO

David has truly been a Godsend to my family. I don't even know where to begin... We had never needed a legal counsel until a few years ago when my son landed a felony drug charge and David was highly recommended. The best decision we made was securing him as our lawyer. From the first day David was upfront and honest and provided us with the guidance we needed throughout this entire 2 year long process. Shortly after hiring David my son obtained another charge and w COVID in full effect, we were not financially able to hire David but he assisted where he could along the way and worked together w the court appointed lawyer and able to secure 5 yr probation w deferred adjudication for my son. As a mother I know I can be a bit overbearing and pushy but David was always patience w me and his knowledge and responsiveness about my sons entire situation kept me at ease during the most difficult time in our lives. David Cunningham has been nothing but amazing since we met. He came recommended by a friend at a very difficult time in my families life. My son had gotten into some trouble, and he not only took time to specify all the del ails of what was to come, and all the many possibilities, but he also embraced and noticed the unity of my entire family. Through all the many court days, he took his time to meet with us and assure us of any concerns or questions we had. The process was long, and even through COVID, he kept in contact with us. During a time when “nothing seemed to be happening”, with our case, he would still check in. He is definitely a reliable, thorough and knowledgeable man. We have been very blessed to have had him on our side through this trial in our lives. He continues to update us and is now in the final stages of making sure this is all behind us.

I got in touch with David Cunningham after the police searched my home in 2019 and from the beginning he was always there for me every step of the way. He got me so far ahead of the game that when they finally arrested me in 2020 we were fully prepared and it made a huge difference when it came time to be sentenced. I got 10 years deferred when the prosecutor wanted 4 years TDC and that was due in large part to all the work and preparation that David put into the case between the search of my house, my arrest and my sentencing. My baby brother, who happens to be autistic was arrested and charged with injury to a disabled (1st offence). Not knowing what to do or who to turn to I was referred to David. Let me tell you he is truly an angel in disguise. He always kept in contact and updated me. David Cunningham helped me out of an extremely volatile situation with an explosive relationship. I found myself at odds with an ex-girlfriend that was not only vindictive, but also an attorney.
