Very disappointed on how my case was handled. They stopped my physical therapy a long time ago, no f/u appointments, no specialists appointments were scheduled when I requested, customer service called a few times to check how was everything I told them I wasn't happy and even like that nobody followed up with me, now they are about to close my case, and I never recovered from my injuries and I don't know what to do. Every time I day something it they seem not to care.
