I hired Daniel Goldberg for two cases in which I had been turned away by two other lawyers stating that there was no chance I could win and that I should forget about them. One involved a failure to disclose a flood claim on a property I bought and the other one involved share holder oppression. Mr. Goldberg took on both cases and took them through successful completion. He was not discouraged by some initial court setbacks on the share holder oppression case and looked for new avenues to continue fighting for our cause. He finally succeeded and the case was settled to our satisfaction.

Danny Goldberg was a highly qualified and responsible attorney. We came to him with a case that was beyond what we do as a business. Unfortunately issues arise during business, but we are grateful that we found Danny Goldberg to represent us. He was able to analyze our issue and determine several solutions for approaching our case. Danny took calmed our nerves and was able to find a solution to our legal issues.
