Monique C. Sparks is a fantastic attorney. She helped my son so much with his case and kept us updated throughout the process. She worked so hard and got positive results. We are very grateful for these results and the help and support we always receive from her. At any time we needed her, she was always available. She also has a high level of professionalism. So my family and came together to get a close relative out of prison. He had already been denied parole and he heard about Monique and the Sparks Firm. We did a zoom and discussed the case. After that they gathered information from us and then it got really quiet. We were afraid we had wasted our money. However, we got a call when we least expected it with an update and informing us where we were in the process. They did let us know they call when they gave updates. Which make sense so we aren’t wasting time. A few months later still submitting and waiting. We were denied once and they kept fighting like the told us they would and BOOM! A few months later he’s getting released from prison. That’s the shirt version. We really like Monique and LaRhonda. We plan on using them for some old cases with a family member that needs a new fresh pov. If you are wavering and trying to decide. Stop. Pickup the phone and call this amazing lady!

Monique and LaRhonda are the dynamic duo! The first attorney I hired to handle my divorce was a bust so I had to get another attorney to get the job done. Monique was very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I only wish I would have hired her first.

First of all where do I start? I hired Monique the day before court and had only 30 min the next morning at court to go over the evidence and still somehow manage to beat the case with little to no preparation. So based on the performance on that case I had no choice but to hire her for my other cases and in result leaving my other lawyer who was also great but she was not Monique Spark. Monique and her partner Larhonda are like Superwoman and Wonderwoman together they are unstoppable. Procrastination, excuses, lack of results, and lack of communication are unacceptable when you hire a lawyer. Which is why you should hire Monique and Larhonda that way you'll never have to worry about those type of problems. Especially when it's dealing with your freedom, your family, and your rights.

Having no prior experience using a lawyer for anything The Sparks Law Firm exceeded our expectations. They are very professional and treat you as family. There were times when I spoke with Monique after hours or via text and that was very much appreciated because she didn't have to do that. She even talked with me once while she was on vacation! I had a lot of questions during our case and her secretary, LaRhonda, was a lifesaver! She is very knowledgeable and did some major work for us behind the scenes during our case. At the end of the day you need peace of mind when dealing with a stressful case and they definitley did not disappoint. This lawyer turned dark days into bright and sunny days. She is well versed in law, knows her way around the criminal courts, and delivers sophistication and class. There may not be enough words to say how thankful I am to have my life back because of this lawyer, but if there is anyone that I would recommend it would be Monique Sparks-Payne. She will keep you very informed, even after hours she kept me informed. If ever I needed to contact her about a question I always got an answer that day. I've heard stories about lawyers leaving their clients in the dark for days, but not with Monique. She worked very hard and diligently on my case, and I must say that I am very satisfied with the results that I got because I was facing a felony charge that was lowered, and I never had to go to trial. She's a blessing in the courtroom for us!

This lady is as close as you will ever get to what in my mind attorneys really go into law to be. she treats her clients as if they are her family and never ever have i seen such compassion put into a profession. Ms. Sparks returns calls,brakes your case and the law down in terms you can understand and puts absolutely nothing on the back burner.
