I was hit by a drunk driver and had some significant injuries. Mr. Hagerty was referred by another attorney and it was the best thing that happened. Mr. Hagerty and his assistant were always responsive. Besides representing me on the civil case against the drunk driver and his insurance company, Mr. Hagerty took the time to make sure I understood what was happening in the drunks criminal case and he showed a lot of compassion with the feelings of anger and frustration I was experiencing. He also kept me updated on our civil case. He understood my concerns and understood why it was important to me that the driver contribute to the settlement, not just his insurance company and he made that happen.
