I know having an accident is a life altered event. The time we picked up the phone and called Attorney Sneed was a big relief from us. Ms. Mitchell was an excellent and professional attorney. She listened to all of my concerns and needs. She also took care of everything in a very fast and timely manner. Especially if I had any questions or concerns on a weekend or after business hours, she would still return my calls or send me a text message to answer my questions or concerns that I had. Based on my experiences I had never had an attorney who would call you back themselves and take care of you concerns ; normally they have their legal assistant to do the work for them. So I give her five stars for an outstanding attorney because not once did I speak with a legal assistant in her office, except for Ms.Mitchell. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend! Attorney Brit Mitchell went above and beyond, to get the best settlement possible for me. I was very impressed with her responsiveness and the fact that I was able to contact Attorney Mitchell whenever I needed her. Very professional and communicative every step of the way.

The worst mistake you could ever make is to hire this sell out. This man knew that there was video evidence in my case and never got it. After having a contested court hearing that was zoomed, I found out he was friends with the opposing attorney. I paid him a lot of money to have my calls avoided. Dont waste your time

This law firm has to be the best in the city of Houston. Sneed/Mitchell fought hard for me and go my case closed quickly . I love how they walked me through the entire process and answered every question I could think of. They don’t treat you like a client at all, they treat you like family.
