This was my first experience with a personal injury lawyer so I wasn't sure what to expect when I first made contact. But all of that uncertainty went out of the window as soon as I spoke to them about my injury when they broke down the whole process for me. I am downright impressed with the level of how on top of everything they were and how professional everyone at the firm was. I broke my ankle back in June of 2023 and my family and I didn't know what we were going to do because I couldn't work. I was devastated. But Attorney Benjamin Roberts and Staci Huynh called me a few days before Christmas to tell me that they had good news for me. And they definitely did!! We had won our case. It was a Christmas miracle! Staci was great about explaining how the process would go and what I would need to do and I can't say enough good things about this law firm and the people who work there. I definitely recommend Attorney Benjamin Roberts for all of your personal injury needs. They fight for the little guys and really go after those intimidating insurance companies! My whole family thanks you all! I know who I'm contacting if I'm every in this type of awful situation again.
