Erin Copeland and her team have been amazing through this. Any questions I had they answered , I never had to wait foe someone to get back to me on anything. They’re pretty amazing there and friendly doesn’t even begin to describe them- I have no complaint about how anything was handled

I have been working with this law firm for 5 years. The way they handle their clients/cases is truly phenomenal. You don't ever leave a message to receive a call back during normal business hours. I never once felt like a number, even though they deal with large numbers of clients for certain types of cases. I was never ever rushed off the phone, and Shona, the lovely lady I spoke with often, was very thorough in answering my questions with great detail. The lawyer herself, Erin Copeland, was very personal when sending out updates, and you can see that she truly has a passion for her job, and cares deeply that her clients are awarded what they deserve. I am very thankful for their outstanding work. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone looking for legal counsel. Thank you again for all you have done Erin and your wonderful team! I am actually currently still working with them at this time. I just wanted to take a moment and share how impressed I am so far. Even when I had a had a hard time contacting my case manager, and I sent a message within a hr or less my direct attorney was calling me, and explained I had been assigned a new case manager and gave me her info. She is very compassionate and seems to actually care about her clients especially for the type of case I have which is very sensitve..she also did not try to give me a sugar coated answer when I asked how long this process would take she was upfront and honest that it could be a lengthy process, but she was very optimistic on the outcome. So I will probably be working with this firm for some time and I cant imagine my experience will change. I also know even if i get nothing in the end I will know they did all they could and did their best to try and help me. I have never had a attorney before so the whole process is foriegn to me, and i really feel i picked the best possible people to come too. I also love how passionate my attorney is about the case and the awarness of human trafficking that she is helping to achieve is amazing, and I am thankful for the work she is doing!! It means so much to all of the victims who suffered through this horrible crime. If your looking for a lawyer who isnt just in it for the money and actually has a passion for their work and great communication, compassion, and empathy then look no further this firm is great so far i have nothing bad to say. Great lawyers office

Even though they took my Mesh lawsuit case on in 2013, I couldn’t really ever find out much about where we were at on it for over 6 yrs. when it was finally paid out in 2019. Attorney only would let me see her 2 times in that 6 yrs.

Mrs McAdams is amazing! She and her team work hard to take amazing care of their clients. Top notch is an understatement by far!
