Had to use him in a lawsuit where my previous employer stated that I did not get injured at work. He handled my case very ethically and got the results I was looking for. I would highly recommend him.

This so called attorney would not call me back after leaving dozens of messages to simply update me on my case. I e mailed him and his staff many times and no response. This man simply refuses to talk to me and tell me what's going on with my case. If he is doing this to me for no reason he must be doing it to others. My next move is to file a formal grievance with the state bar and see if he responds then!!!

Absolutely THE best work comp lawyer in Houston if not Texas. Took my case after things looked bleak....dropped by one lawyer and wasted 6 months with another without any progress. Won my case against a fortune 100 company that sent several management witnesses to discredit my claim. He caught the 1st management witness in a lie, sending the opposition into trying to cover up that mistake throughout the rest of the trial. Won at the BRC . My only regret is that he didn't take my case the first time I contacted him...I would have gotten my much needed medical approved much much sooner. Followup during "down time" is tough, but he is on top of things and keeps you informed at key moments. I attribute this slack in responsiveness due to how busy the office staff is keeping up with the other cases. Its a little frustrating for me until I relate it to the fact that he is concentrating more effort into the cases that are still being disputed. But when the best lawyer takes your case, you have to be patient for the sake of all the others that need him as well. One benefit of this is that he doesn't bill you for a lot of time since his work is so streamlined. He only took 10% of my award when he could have billed for 2 and a half times that amount. Board certified in all areas of work comp and is the lawyer listed for the Texans in the NFL Players Association handbook. I think he even is part of the board for work comp law in Texas. Highly, highly recommended.
