Andrew Cobos is a dedicated lawyer to his legal cases. He works hard, listens to his clients and fights tough lawsuits. He represented me in a lawsuit against John Daugherty Real Estate, Inc. I purchased a condo from a realtor that committed fraud by using false representations during the sale. Two months later after I bought the condo, it flooded during the 2016 Tax Day Flood. The condo has flooded 3 times during the 2016 purchase. Mr. Cobos knows that winning is important for his clients as we are the ones that have to live with the results, so he used his expert knowledge of the law and fought hard during the trail and helped win the lawsuit for me against the defendants’ lawyer and I was awarded damages.
