Communicates promptly with cogent advice and suggestions. Acknowledges receipt of materials immediately and bills according to what he says he will do without padding the bill by a few extra hours. On top of all that, he and his staff are genuinely nice people and take their time to listen to the client’s needs. My family would happily use his services again.
