If this firm was better at communicating with their clients, I’d be more inclined to give a higher rating. I hired this firm in December of 2017 after my mother and I were rear ended and here it is January 2020 and they still have not resolved my case with a favorable outcome! Im not sure if these people have heavy work loads or what but they really aren’t great at communication where my mother and I are concerned. We considered dropping them from our case over a year ago but was convinced to stay. So far, that wasn’t the best decision but we will see what another year dealing with this brings. Cannot say I would recommend this firm.

Not much communication early on after accident, I really was confused and didn’t know what was going on. After doctor’s appointments were complete and it was time for the demand letter to be sent out, communication increased. He told me what to expect in terms of compensation and it ended up being a bit more than I was expecting. Overall I am satisfied with the experience.
