Hiring Gary Trichter to represent me was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I was arrested for DWI in Ft Worth after I allegedly failed field tests and a warrant was taken for my blood. I spoke with Gary and told him that I wanted to see the evidence in my case before deciding whether it was worth it to pay him $21k nonrefundable, because if it was a likely plea deal, that expense made no sense. Gary assured me that we'd be going to trial no matter what, and then pressured me to decide whether I'd hire him. I gave in and decided to do so based on his online reputation. After the evidence comes in, Gary now advises me that we couldn't possibly win at trial. He is somewhat rude to me, and scolds me for my own rude behavior towards the arresting officer. That really didn't sit well with me. He advises that we should try a motion to suppress, and if that fails, plead guilty. Gary performed reasonably well at the hearing, but we lost, and I pled guilty. I paid Gary $21k to only attended the motion to suppress hearing. He was not involved in the plea negotiations; instead he hired a local attorney to represent me. I didn't get much advice at all about what to negotiate for, and feel I did not get the best possible deal. After I won my first appeal, which I handled myself (and which was later reversed), the trial court set a hearing. Gary informed me that he wouldn't be appearing for this, based on our contract specifying that his representation was limited to the dwi case in the trial court. I pointed out that this was still the same dwi case in the trial court, and asked for an explanation as to why this hearing was not part of his representation. I received no response. During my appeal, it was discovered that there was an error in the court's paperwork that indicated I had no right to appeal. I contacted Gary about this, and he refused to take any responsibility for this or help me in any way to get it resolved. I generally found Gary difficult to communicate with. I would caution anyone considering his services to reconsider.

Tricter and LeGrang are real advocates for you if you listen and learn from them and understand what they are explaining to you they can help best serve your needs for your individual needs the law is not on your side and is not blind dont fo it alone. Yesterday my DWI case was DISMISSED by my Lawyer Chris Denuna, No Breathalyzer ever, No probation, No nothing. I had searched online for a good lawyer and I came across Tichter & LeGrand, I seen that they are open 24 hours, I read the reviews I read a lot of good/positive reviews on Chris Denuna. I called it was past 12 a.m. sure enough I was able to talk to him, that made me feel like I was at the right place. The day I went to the meeting, Chris was very confident and very knowledgeable. He always gave me positive feed back. I had missed court one day by accident and he had all under control, I was so worried and he was able to reschedule for the next day. Chris has a great big heart, He went to my first court without any money upfront and waited for the payment, I have not ever known any lawyer that goes to court without any money upfront, he gave me payment flexibility. He has been a Big Blessing to me and I highly recommend him. He was there at anytime I text him or called him he was always available, very reliable. My case only took 3 months less time than Chris had estimated, I am very satisfied with his work and how fast my case was resolved, If I had to get a lawyer again, Which I don't plan to be in this situation ever again!!! I would hire Chris Denuna. I am very Satisfied.

Leslie LeGrand is a superior lawyer. Throughout my year of working with him, he made me feel like family and treated me as a priority. While dealing with my DWI case he was available at all times and kept me in the loop with everything. My 2nd DWI ended up going to trial when the judge would not lower my charge. He was able to assist in getting me acquitted of my charges after allegedly blowing a .185. In and outside of the Courtroom, you want this man on your side.

Chris Denuna was terrific. He was there every step of the way and his positive and constant reassurance helped me get through it. He had a plan from day one and never waivered, he got what looked like a case that could go either way to a non trial case.
